Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Lumora is operated by Second Entertainment ("we", "us"), [Your mailing address]. Contact: secondentertainment@protonmail.com.

2. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use Lumora. By creating an account you confirm that you are. We may ask you to verify your age with an identity check. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 are suspended and removed.

3. Your account

Give accurate information, including your real date of birth. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.
One person per account. Don't share, sell or transfer accounts.
Usernames can't impersonate others or Lumora staff. We may reclaim usernames that break these Terms.

4. Community rules

You agree to follow our community rules. In short: be kind, respect consent, keep personal info private, no harassment, hate, scams, spam, impersonation, or illegal content. Any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement.

5. Your content

You own what you post (messages, stories, posts, room designs). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute it only as needed to run Lumora. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload. Photos may be scanned automatically and reviewed by moderators before they're shown.

6. Safety and moderation

We may review reported content, remove content, and warn, mute, suspend or ban accounts that break these Terms or put others at risk. Reports are confidential. We may preserve and share information with authorities where the law requires it or to protect someone's safety.

7. Credits, items and VIP

Credits and virtual items are a limited licence to use features inside Lumora. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be sold or traded outside Lumora.
Prices, items and rewards may change. Credits and items may be removed if obtained through bugs, cheating or fraud.
VIP lasts for the period you choose and does not renew automatically unless stated at purchase.
Paid purchases (credit packs and VIP subscriptions) are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay, including any tax.
VIP subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time from the VIP page; VIP stays active until the end of the period you paid for. [State your renewal-reminder and cancellation terms.]
Refunds: [State your refund policy, e.g. unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days.] When a purchase is refunded, the credits it added are removed, and VIP time it paid for ends. Consumer laws in your country may give you additional rights.
Chargebacks or payment fraud may lead to account restrictions while we investigate.

8. Arcade and contests

Game scores and rewards are for fun. Cheating, automation or exploiting bugs may lead to score removal and account action.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms. Some information may be kept as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Lumora is provided "as is". We don't control what members say or do and aren't responsible for meetings or dealings between members. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the last 12 months or [amount]. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are significant we'll ask you to accept the new version before you continue.
